  Terrible experience twice in a row. The front desk manager is clueless and incompetent with the photo kiosk. On my first visit three weeks ago she claimed the machine was out of photo paper. My order was HOURS past due with 1hour photo and they failed to notify me. In the middle of my conversation with her a young man walked up and stated, "did you turn it on?" And began printing my order. Today, 10/14/17, at 10:30am i went in to pick up a 1hr photo order that i placed last night!!! NOT READY AGAIN! The same clueless woman again told me the machine was "broken". I told her i have heard this before and told her to call IT to resolve the issue multiple times. After going back and forth trying to get the machine on she walked away to help another customer. She is terrible. After 15 minutes she finally got CVS rep on the phone and i was able to tranfer my photos to a competent location. Still had to pay the 1hr photo fee. Disgrace.

  I went to purchase earbuds. As usual I pick up a pair that say $16.29 but when I get to the register the come up $6 more. The is not the first time this has happened. There is one price in the isle but the register comes up higher. Bate and switch is not cool.

  Can't believe all the bad reviews ! Here's my good review. Just moved here from Baltimore Co. Millersville CVS is the best as well as the one near Rosedale, Md. Transferred my famlies meds as well as my dog's with absolutely no issues. Service and professionals are very friendly, helpful and even leave pharmacy area to help find me items. Clean, great customer service everywhere in store and parking seems very safe and well lit. I now do a lot of shopping there since for example Tide on sale 8 dollars less then grocery store plus points. Got my flu and pneumonia shot in minute clinic in less then 5 mins. BTW convenient having food items there with no mark ups !
